Job Overview
As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cakes and other products safely and on time
- Handle orders with care to maintain quality and presentation
- Plan delivery routes for timely service
- Coordinate with store team for order dispatch
- Collect payments if required and maintain delivery records
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Provide friendly and professional customer interaction
Qualifications
- SSLC / Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery or driving roles (preferred)
Skills & Requirements
- Valid driving license and good driving skills
- Knowledge of local routes and areas
- Punctual and responsible attitude
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
