Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of cakes including customized, theme, and celebration cakes

• Design and decorate cakes based on customer requirements and trending styles

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards

• Manage ingredients, stock, and baking supplies efficiently

• Work closely with the sales and order team to fulfill customer orders on time

• Develop new cake designs and flavors to enhance the product range

• Ensure proper storage and handling of all baking ingredients

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a professional cake maker or pastry chef

• Expertise in fondant work, cream decoration, and theme cake designing
