As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes to support business operations. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized university
- MBA / PG Diploma in HR Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
