Job Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support
  • Maintain store hygiene, quality, and presentation standards
  • Manage billing, stock, and inventory efficiently

Qualifications

  • Plus Two / Higher Secondary also can apply
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
