Job Overview
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support
- Maintain store hygiene, quality, and presentation standards
- Manage billing, stock, and inventory efficiently
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Higher Secondary also can apply
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
